Efes (Ephesus)

We spent the day at Ephesus. Even though it was rainy, it was amazing.I left here with a question I hope to answer soon - what happened to the Hittites?? We know they supposedly signed the first peace traty with the Egyptians (they say neither side won, but the guide believes the Hittites lost and moved on or were forced to move on). We also know there were supposedly many sightings of people traveling in caravans from the area. Hmmm - so what happened to them? Who are their descendants in today's world?
